Sweets Packaging Design: Superhero Appeal on Amazon

Project Overview

My client for this project noticed that most sweets pouches sold on Amazon were packaged in plain brown packaging with poorly designed stickers attached to the front. I was tasked with producing a bold, vibrant packaging design that would be printed onto the pouches at the time of manufacture.

When the product was ready to be uploaded to Amazon UK, the client asked me to produce a set of images to help the product rise above the many sweet pouches available from third-party vendors. Mixing my own product photography with stock imagery I created a set of images that helped the client sell out of his product in no time at all.

Due to the bespoke nature of this product it was necessary for me to liaise with the pouch manufacturing plant in China to ensure that artwork was supplied in the correct format and that they understood the specifications for the custom-shaped window in the front of the pouch.
